Hairy Wednesday w/ Silk Elements Mixed Silk Nourishing Deep Conditioner

As some of my Glammies may know by now that I'm a natural girl w/ naturally coil curly hair. But the kool thing is I can wear my hair from curly to silky straight w/ blow drying and flat iron. I must say that I have the best of both worlds. With wearing my hair curly I need to deep condition my hair 1x a week to keep my curls soft, moisturized, hydrated.

I'm always on a search for the next new best products for my curly hair and was doing my normal online shopping and came across this deep conditioner from Silk Elements. The reviews that were given online sounded really good and decided at $5.99 on sale w/ my Sally's card was not bad to try it out.

Directions say to leave on for 3 minutes but I left mine for 20 minutes since I was working while deep condition. I rinsed and can feel the difference and once I walked out the shower, I can see the difference. It left my hair so soft and my curls were a bit loose. Through out the few days my hair still felt soft and curls were nice and healthy looking. A+

Mani Tuesday w/ Sally Hansen Salon Effects in Collide-o-Scope

I know these have been talked about like crazy on blogs, youtube, and chat rooms but I still wanted to share with my Glammies my short review. I have tried a few of these stick on nail polish from Sally Hansen, Incoco, and Avon. From the 3 of those I prefer Sally Hansen & Incoco (available at a mall near you and Walgreens) Above is a picture of Collide-o-Scope right after I applied it. It took me about 10 minutes in total and super easy to apply. I received so many questions about my nails and compliments. 

After 6 days of having these on you can see that there is barely any wear on my nails. I have 2 chips on the tip of my nail on both index fingers and that's it. I normally chip by the 2 day at least with normal polish. Below is another color I have tried and really enjoyed Booty Camp I really like these and highly recommend these. Price range from $7.60-$10.99. A+++

I have naturally curly hair and last week with the rain, my hair was not cooperating with me. I purchase the Ouidad Climate Control Heat & Humidity Gel. Mani Tuesday w/ Tarina Tarantino

Tarina Tarantino has 2 New Spring nail polishes. Meteor Night (a dark blue w/ shimmer) and Empire (a teal shimmer) are very opaque and the colors are really beautiful. I recently purchase my first Dior Nail Polish Blue Satin 461 and Meteor Night is a prefect dupe for it. Plus, what's better is that I got them for only $5 each.

Mani Tuesday is a St. Patty's theme for this week. I used 3 different nail polish colors to achieve this look. I applied a different green color on every other nail. Dark green is Confetti in My Favorite Martian, light green is Zoya in Tangy, and white nail colors is China Glaze Crackle Glaze in Lightning Blot. Top coat applied of course is Seche Vite.

A Love Letter To My Son

On this day 18 years ago I meet someone that changed my life forever. This person came into my life very unexpected and as big surprise. Once he entered my life I knew that everything would be different. When we first meet there were so many emotions and feelings that I had never felt but a peace & calmness came over me and told me that everything was now perfect and things would be alright. I felt instantly in love with him.

Together we grew up and got to know each other better and yes, we had our ups and downs but knew that we were in this for the long haul. Now, after 18 years together I can't even imagine my life without him and I call him my angel. An angel that came into my life when I needed him and saved my life of would it could have been. He showed me how to love, live, and help me become a stronger women.

On March 12, 1993 at 6:23 a.m weighing 6 lbs 3 oz and 18 1/2 inch in length, my son and the love of my life was born. This day was the happiest day of my life. Without you Mike there will be no me. I love you to death and so very proud to call you my son. Happy Birthday my love and many more.

No Internet

Glammies, if you follow me on twitter then you have read about my internet being down. If you haven't followed me on twitter then do it now. lol Yes, I haven't been blogging since my internet is down and needs to be fixed. I was told that we have to wait til the weather warms up since our lines are underground. YAY me!

I have so much to show and share and I'm dying not being able to blog all about it. But, I will be taking this as an opportunity to start my youtube.com videos.  I'm going to start next week and see if I'm ready to share with you my love for makeup, hair, reviews, and hauls.
