Have chapped lips? Who doesn't in these cold winter months. Here are few tips you can use to help fight those chapped lips. A great product that helps to gently take away those dry lips is Fresh Lip Scrub ($22) made out of brown sugar and jojoba & grapeseed oil.  You can also take a soft toothbrush and gently scrub your lips and after you have done this, make sure to use a lip butter, balm, or treatment.
