Betsey Johnson's Too Too fragrance just by first glance is so her, super adorable and different from all the rest. It was inspired by her love of dance and her love of fashion. The bottle is dressed in a pink tutu, black corset, black fishnets, and of course Betsey's famous lighting bolt.
