Glammies I listened to what you guys want to see on Glam 2 Go. One of the top things to see more of is (drum roll please)........ NAILS! Now this is hard for me since I'm a makeup artist/esthetician and tend to keep my nails short. I don't do acrylic since it kills my nails and gel is not bad but I don't have the time for the upkeep and I don't want to spend the money on it. So............I'm in the process of growing my nails and getting them strong to start my mission of nail art and swatching. I'm trying this products I found yesterday name Nail Aid. It's a dupe for Sally Hansen 4 n 1 and it cost a less (Nail Aid $3.89 and Sally Hansen $7.36) Review to come soon on it.
Have anyone of you heard of this, tried it, or do you have any nail tricks to share to get my nails on point?

The trial with Viviscal has come to an end. Booooooo!!! But no wait no Booooo since it went very well and I'm going back for more. Why you ask and does it REALLY work? Well, I'm going back cause it really does work and I'm so happy with the results. On my previous review I talked about my hair loss and thinning after having my baby Stormy and after taking this vitamin for 3 months I must say what a difference. Here are studies break downs from Viviscal.
Before starting I cut about 4-5 inches of hair. I was left with my hair just touching the top of my back. Now my hair is at my shoulders and feeling healthy, soft, and shiny. I also noticed that my nails grew faster, longer, and stronger. My skin hasn't looked this clear and healthy in years and I have brows again!!
Alright here is the proof. Before and after pics below.
Before
After
The difference from both the pics are in the before my hair was blown out and after is my natural curly hair.
As you can see from the pictures my hair has grown in and the front of my hairline is all new growth. That's where you see the little curls in front.
Overall my experience was great and I will be making an order very soon. Especially since they have this great deal going on their site. Buy 2 get 1 free so you're paying $99.99 for a 3 month supply.
Now I want to hear from my Glammies if you have tried it and your feedback. Let's chat!
*The company Viviscal provided me and 24 other bloggers with 3 month supply of product for an honest review. I was not paid for this review.
Let me start by saying that I really do love Makeup Forever! With that being said I was so excited to see that they came out with these new Aqua Shadows to add to the aqua family. Now if you have used their Aqua Creams then you know the staying power and these don't disappoint. Let me also say that after these swatches I had to scrub the heck out of my arm to get these babies off.
Now just cause they're waterproof don't mean that it's dry or hard to apply. NOPE! They are so easy to apply and creamy. They blend lovely and as a mami again, it's great for a quick makeup and out door look. Perfect for anytime but since summer is here and it's perfect timing to unveil such a great product.
Pictured above is a swatches of 5 out of 12 Aqua Shadows. From left to right is OE Matte Black, 22E Pearly Cooper, 26E Pearly Peach, 4E Matte Taupe Grey, and 30E Pearly Pink Beige. $20 *Shop at home has 12% cash back on Sephora.
This is what Sephora has to say on their site.
What it is: A smudge-proof, long-lasting eye shadow pencil that enhances and intensifies the eyes.
What it does: Aqua Shadow’s intensely pigmented, waterproof formula provides immediate, rich color that will not smudge, crease, or fade. Created with silica powder, its ultra creamy texture glides effortlessly on the eyelid and blends easily for an even result. Incredibly simple to use, Aqua Shadow quickly creates a multitude of dynamic and colorful looks.
What else you need to know: Available in a wide range of 12 colors with matte and pearly finishes.

Now I know I'm all late with this one but I still had to share with my Glammies this palette if you haven't seen it already. MAC came out with this lip palette that were "THE COLORS" used New York, London, Milan, Paris and during Fashion Week NYC Spring/Summer 2012. It's a arrange of colors from natural to bold and I think it's perfect for on the go. $38
Make Up For Ever just launched their new Rouge Lipstick and their were so kind to share with little ol me. When they contacted me to tell me about the new line and was asked what color I wanted, I decided to let them chose one for me and they chose a great color #N37 Iridescent Icy Coral.
These new colors are creamy, translucent and are super moisturizing leaving your lips natural looking and soft. The formula is made with mother of pearl and glides on your lips. It comes in 2 finishes satin and pearly and available at Sephora stores, online, and MUFE boutiques. $19
*This product was sent to me for review by MUFE. TY!
So it's been 4 months (wow has it flown by!) since I've had my beautiful baby girl Stormy and let me tell you how things have changed! Of course my life is crazy with baby, business (wedding season) home, and everything else we do on a daily basis that we take for granted until you have a baby and realize how easy you had it before. Now of all the changes that have happened in the last 16 weeks the one that has been the most shocking for me is my skin and hair which are super dry. Now my hair, "OH LAWD", my poor hair is having a break down. Now I know it's normal to lose hair after having a baby since you don't lose much while you're preggo. And I know that it's normal to lose about 100 strands a day. But when your losing clumps of hair that's a no bueno situation.
Now seeing your hair fall out everyday after a while does take a toll, especially after having a baby and trying to get your body back and dealing with the stress of everyday life. The last thing you want to see while you're taking your well deserved shower and your first quiet time of the day is hair on your comb and all over you and the tub/shower floor. After seeing all this mess I was going to take a pair of clippers and have a Britney Spears moment but my family, friends, and hairstylist convinced me not to do it. But I did take off 4-5 inches of hair. Now it's to my shoulders.

A few weeks ago I came across a blog named Mama NYC and she was getting 25 bloggers together to do a review and giveaway for this HOT product called Viviscal. How does it work? Viviscal is a natural vitamin that's taken twice a day for hair loss. They claim you see results within 6 months. It's been featured on Dr. Oz which is like Oprah in that once he endorses something then you know it's good. A few others that you've probably heard of that use the product and swear by it are Reese Witherspoon, Mila Kunis, and many more.
Viviscal®
Results clinically proven and tested
Nourishes thinning hair & promotes hair growth
Contains natural hair vitamins
Drug-free & safe from harmful side effects

My first impression was "Yea Yea Yea but does it really work?" Well..... I've been taking it for 4 days now and my hair feels so soft and it looks so shiny and healthy for once. I'm shocked that I'm already seeing results and looking forward to seeing more in the future. Reviews on it once I'm all done and can't wait. So are you interested yet? Well you should be and guess what (in Oprah voice) You can win one too! You have 25 chances to win (list of bloggers participating below)
One of you lucky Glammies could win a 3 month supply of Viviscal (valued at $150). Giveaway is open to anyone 18 and up and open in the US only. Giveaway is available from March 24-April 8, 2012 11:59 pm (est). You can only win only once from any blog. See below to enter and good luck!!!
*This post is part of a review and giveaway event hosted by MamaNYC in conjunction with Lifes2good. I have received a free promotional 3-month trial of this product in order to share my honest opinion and review based on my personal experience.
A few weeks ago I got sent a few items from Makeup Forever's Spring Color Tread. Of course they never disappointment with their products but especially their color choices for their collections.
If you're ever looking for an eye base or eye color that will late all day then this is your thing. The aqua creams are a must in my makeup kit for the last few years. I did the swatch on my hand and this baby didn't want to come off. I had to scrub it off my hand. They sent me Aqua Cream #18 Light Lilac Shimmer and part of the collection is Tangerine Tango (not pictured) an golden orange color . $22
These stardust are so beautiful and so versatile. You can use them dry, wet, and use them as even lip color. Here is a Cockatoo Star Powder #956 and Margarita a gorgeous green gold (not pictured). $19
And as you know I LOVE their lip glosses. They always leave my lips so super glossy but never sticky or tacky and soft. It's part of their Metal collection and pictured is Starfish #M4. It's a bronze metal color and this picture doesn't do it justice. $18
They also have Solar Power #17 which is a bright yellow eye shadow and Cabaret #58 in a bright pink color, Sodalite Blue Aqua Liner #6, Bellflower #15 Rouge Artist Intense lip color, and Driftwood #21L Aqua Eyes in a grey silver color.
These are available at Sephora & Makeup Forever Boutiques.
