Is your eye shadow not vibrant enough? Why don't you try a base that's the same color of the shadow your going to apply. What do I mean by this you ask? Well, if your going to apply a pink (I chose that color since it's my fav) you can use a cream eyeshadow as a base or a eye crayon. Apply the base on your lid and blend it out a bit (with your finger or a fluff brush), then apply your eyeshadow by packing it on your eye lid. TA DA! You have brighter, more vivid eyeshadow. Here are a few recommendations.
